To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Eligibility
We carefully inspect all products before listing them on our website to ensure they are in good to excellent condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a return. To initiate the return process, a box-opening video must be provided as evidence of the damage. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used.
Return Window
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package to report any issues. If you are out of the country, the person receiving the package on your behalf must inspect it and report any concerns within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Instagram page or WhatsApp with the necessary images and videos as proof of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 working hours, excluding holidays.
Return Shipping
If the package is returned to us due to reasons such as an incorrect address, phone number, or recipient unavailability (e.g., phone switched off or door closed), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping charges. If the parcel needs to be resent, the customer will also bear the reshipping costs.
Refunds and Store Credits
In cases where a return is approved, we generally provide store credits for the amount of the returned products. These credits can be used for future purchases on our website. If the customer opts to return the package, they will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, or otherwise handled after delivery are not eligible for return. Please refrain from using the book if you plan to return it.
Important Note
Returns must be completed within 48 hours of initiation. Please ensure that the products remains unused and in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns after the products has been used by children or if it is returned outside the designated timeframe.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders with a cart value of ₹600 or more across India. For orders below ₹600, shipping charges will be applicable based on the region and weight of the package.
Processing Time
Once an order is placed, it typically takes 24 to 48 working hours to process and prepare the order for shipment. Please note that processing does not take place on Sundays or government holidays.
Delivery times may vary depending on the location:
For North India, orders are generally delivered within 2 to 3 days of dispatch, except for very remote areas.
For South India and other regions, orders typically takes minimum 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the phone number you provided If you notice any issues—such as the parcel being returned due to an incorrect address, routed incorrectly, or a delivery attempt failure (e.g., door closed or recipient unavailable)—please contact us immediately so that we can raise a complaint and take appropriate action.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. Our experienced dispatch team uses all necessary precautions to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We have received minimal reports of damages thanks to our diligent efforts.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
